Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences.
- Maintain clear records of attendance, meals, incidents, and developmental milestones as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support team goals.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment that respects individual differences and cultural backgrounds.
