Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide direct therapy sessions to patients in individual or group settings.
Document progress, set goals, and report outcomes to patients, families, and referring healthcare providers.
Educate and support families in understanding communication disorders and strategies to help their loved ones.
Stay updated with the latest research, tools, and best practices in speech pathology.

Skill Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Eligibility for state licensure (licensure can be obtained after employment).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and families.
Empathy and patience to support individuals with diverse communication needs.
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records and documentation.
