Solicitor Job Opening – Full-Time Permanent Position

We are seeking a talented and motivated Solicitor to join our team in a full-time permanent role. Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of matters, including but not limited to corporate law, litigation, property law, or family law.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, wills, and deeds.
Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing clear and concise advice.
Collaborate with colleagues, including senior solicitors, barristers, and other professionals, to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal developments relevant to your practice area.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to firm policies and procedures.

Skill Requirements:

Strong academic background with a law degree ( LPC or GDL equivalent).
Good understanding of legal principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to upholding client confidentiality and maintaining professional integrity.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Team player who can collaborate well with colleagues and clients.
