As a Butcher or Smallgoods Maker, you will be responsible for crafting premium meat products, including sausages, hams, and other deli items. You'll work with a team to prepare, process, and package meats while adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Perform butchering tasks, including cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products.
- Create a variety of smallgoods, such as sausages, salami, and hams, following recipes and procedures.
