- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Coordinate with other departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly reports and budgets for hotel services.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and knowledge.
