We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent. Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Sell insurance policies and explain coverage details clearly and accurately.
- Assist clients with policy applications, including gathering necessary information and documentation.
- Support underwriting processes by providing accurate and timely documentation.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
- Report sales performance and other relevant data as required.
Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend solutions.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy applications and documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use CRM software or relevant tools.
- Sales skills and a results-driven mindset are advantageous.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
