Job Summary
As a Conveyancer, you will play a key role in facilitating the transfer of ownership of property by managing legal and administrative processes. This includes reviewing and preparing conveyancing documentation, conducting title searches, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You'll work closely with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to complete transactions efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Perform title searches and prepare reports to ensure the legality of property transfers.
- Review and draft conveyancing documents such as contracts, settlement statements, and deeds.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, solicitors, and other professionals involved in the transaction.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Provide support to senior staff as required, including assisting with complex cases.
- Stay updated on changes in property law and conveyancing procedures.
Skill Requirements
- Basic understanding of property law and conveyancing processes (training will be provided for new hires).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and stakeholders.
