Roof Tiler – Full-Time Permanent Position (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Roof Tiler. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for those who are eager to learn and grow in the roofing industry. No prior experience is required, but candidates with relevant experience are also welcome. Training will be provided on-site, allowing you to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair roofs using various materials such as tiles, slate, or shingles.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Assist senior team members in completing roof installations and repairs efficiently.
Use hand tools and equipment to cut, fit, and lay roofing materials accurately.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all materials are stored properly.
Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.

Skill Requirements:

Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy materials and climb ladders or scaffolding.
Good attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques (training will be provided).
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
