Renderer (Solid Plaster) – Full-Time Permanent Position!
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Renderer (Solid Plaster) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves applying solid plaster finishes to walls and ceilings, creating smooth and attractive surfaces. Responsibilities:
- Apply solid plaster finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as directed.
- Mix and spread plaster materials according to project specifications.
- Ensure surfaces are smooth, even, and free from defects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Use hand tools and machinery effectively to achieve desired finishes.
- Attend to any touch-ups or repairs as required.
Skill Requirements:
- Basic understanding of construction materials and techniques.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20kg.
