Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or cleaning them to ensure they are ready for painting.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Use proper equipment and tools to achieve smooth, even, and visually appealing finishes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of painting techniques (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and work in various positions.
