No prior experience is required, but candidates with relevant experience are also welcome. Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate shearing machinery to process materials according to established guidelines and standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production processes.
- Adhere to quality control standards to produce consistent and high-quality outputs.
- Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
