- General Farm Management:
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities.
- Keep detailed records of daily activities and production metrics.
- Develop and adhere to budgeting guidelines and safety regulations.
Skill Requirements:
- Physical stamina for a demanding, outdoor role involving manual labor.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture principles and practices (training provided).
