Hotel/Motel Manager - Full-Time Permanent Position

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join us as a Hotel/Motel Manager in a full-time, permanent role. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the property, including guest check-ins/check-outs, front desk activities, and room assignments.
Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal team performance.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Monitor and control expenses, budgeting for operational costs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and safe for guests and staff.
Supervise inventory management, including linens, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.
Handle any emergencies or conflicts that may arise during operations.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations applicable to the hospitality industry.
