Hotel/Motel Manager - Full-Time Permanent Position
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join us as a Hotel/Motel Manager in a full-time, permanent role. - Monitor and control expenses, budgeting for operational costs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and safe for guests and staff.
- Supervise inventory management, including linens, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.
- Handle any emergencies or conflicts that may arise during operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations applicable to the hospitality industry.
