- Provide daily care, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with personal needs.
- Oversee activities that promote learning and development, fostering creativity and independence.
- Ensure a safe environment by supervising children at all times.
- Communicate effectively with families to share updates and discuss their child's progress.
- Maintain records of daily activities and incidents.
- Uphold the center's values, focusing on respect, inclusion, and growth.
Skill Requirements:
- Compassion and patience for working with children.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of early childhood development (an asset).
- First aid training is an advantage but not required.
