We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dairy Cattle Farmer. Responsibilities:
- Daily Care: Feed and milk cows, ensuring their well-being.
- Health Monitoring: Regularly observe cows for signs of health issues and report any concerns promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of each cow's health, breeding, and productivity.
- Equipment Maintenance: Check and clean machinery to ensure proper operation; assist with repairs as needed.
- Calf Care: Assist in the care and feeding of calves (experience preferred but not required).
- Breeding Assistance: Help with breeding activities, including artificial insemination when necessary.
- Pasture Management: Monitor and manage grazing areas, rotating pastures to maintain optimal conditions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals and contribute to farm operations.
Skill Requirements:
