Responsibilities:
- Plant seeds or cuttings according to schedule and guidelines.
- Water, fertilize, and maintain soil health to ensure optimal plant growth.
- Monitor plants for signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies and take corrective action when necessary.
- Use basic gardening tools and equipment (e.g., pruning shears, watering systems).
- Maintain accurate records of planting schedules, growth progress, and any issues encountered.
- Assist in preparing flowers for display or distribution.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Skill Requirements:
- A genuine passion for plants and the natural environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Physical stamina, as the role involves bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Basic knowledge of plant care and growth cycles (a plus).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
