Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Locksmith. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with less experience or no prior experience, as on-the-job training will be provided. As a Locksmith, you will play a key role in providing locksmith services, ensuring the security and functionality of locks and locking systems. If you enjoy hands-on work and are passionate about problem-solving, this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain locks and locking systems for residential, commercial, or automotive applications.
- Cut keys and duplicate existing keys to meet customer needs.
- Respond to service calls and provide on-site locksmith services in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve lock-related issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating solutions clearly and professionally.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition.
Skill Requirements
- Less than 3 years of experience or no prior experience (training provided).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn locksmithing techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift tools and equipment as required for the job.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- A clean criminal record (background check may be required).
