As a Wall and Floor Tiler, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of tiles on walls and floors in residential or commercial settings. This role involves working with different materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, vinyl, and natural stone. You will work alongside a team to ensure that all tiling projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and finishing tiles according to design plans and specifications.
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring they are ready for tiling.
- Mixing and applying adhesives, grouts, and sealants as needed.
- Cutting tiles to fit specific areas using manual or power tools.
- Ensuring all installations meet safety standards and quality expectations.
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Skills and Experience:
- No prior experience is required-training will be provided!
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and climb ladders.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and calculating quantities.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Teamplayer with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
