As a Mixed Crop and Livestock Farmer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of both crop and livestock production, ensuring efficient and sustainable farming practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops such as grains, vegetables, or fodder.
- Monitor soil health, apply fertilizers, and ensure optimal growing conditions.
- Care for livestock, including feeding, watering, and maintaining their health and well-being.
- Operate and maintain farming equipment, including tractors, planters, and harvesters.
- Assist in managing feed supplies, animal welfare, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor the condition of crops and livestock, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Keep detailed records of daily activities, crop yields, and livestock health.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals.
Skill Requirements:
