Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate and appropriate medical care on scene and during patient transport.
Assess, stabilize, and transport patients to healthcare facilities as needed.
Administer medications, first aid, and other medical procedures under the direction of a physician or according to established protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Work collaboratively with other emergency services and team members to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Maintain detailed records of patient care and ensure accurate documentation of all activities.
Stay updated on medical advancements, protocols, and best practices through ongoing training and education.

Skill Requirements:

Demonstrated commitment to patient care and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under stress.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and knowledge of emergency protocols (EMT or equivalent training is preferred but not required).
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry equipment and patients as needed.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
