Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of the winemaking process, from grape receipt to bottling.
Monitor wine quality throughout fermentation, aging, and blending processes.
Collaborate with vineyard teams to ensure grapes meet the highest standards for winemaking.
Work closely with suppliers and equipment providers to maintain optimal production efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of winemaking equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
Document and track production processes, including yields, costs, and quality control measures.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our winemaking practices.

Skill Requirements:

A passion for wine and a commitment to excellence in winemaking.
Basic knowledge of winemaking techniques and principles (an asset but not required).
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow recipes and quality control procedures.
Good teamwork and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tasks involving heavy equipment and manual labor.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
