Responsibilities:
- Construct custom cabinetry, including built-in units, countertops, and custom designs.
- Learn woodworking techniques such as cutting, shaping, and assembling wood materials.
- Operate tools and machinery like saws, drills, and sanders under supervision.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create precise measurements and cuts.
- Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting materials and finished products.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety protocols and cleaning tools/equipment.
Skill Requirements:
- Physical stamina for standing/lifting up to 40kg.
- Attention to detail for accurate cutting and assembly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Ability to collaborate with team members in a constructive manner.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to a permanent role.
