We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our baking team as a full-time permanent Baker. No prior experience is required, but candidates with relevant experience are also welcome. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you succeed in your new role.

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other items using recipes and baking techniques.
Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all products meet high standards.
Maintain clean and organized workstations, equipment, and baking tools throughout the day.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to hygiene standards in the workplace.
Assist in inventory management, including portioning ingredients and ensuring supplies are properly stored.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer demands.

Skill Requirements:

Passion for baking and enthusiasm for creating tasty and visually appealing products.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of measurements, temperatures, and timing in baking (training will be provided).
Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing, lifting, and working with heavy machinery.

Basic customer service skills to ensure a positive interaction when needed.
