We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Plasterer (Wall and Ceiling). This full-time, permanent position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of creating beautiful and functional spaces. No prior experience is required, but candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or cleaning walls and ceilings to ensure they are ready for plastering.
Mix and apply plaster, mortar, or adhesives to walls, ceilings, partitions, or other surfaces according to project requirements.
Repair cracks, holes, or defects in existing plasterwork.
Apply protective coatings, such as paint or sealants, if required.
Work with various materials, including drywall, metal lath, and textured finishes.
Collaborate with coworkers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.

Skill Requirements:

Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials.
Strong physical stamina, as the role involves standing, climbing, and working in awkward positions for extended periods.
Attention to detail to ensure smooth, even surfaces.
Ability to work at heights and lift or carry tools and materials.
Teamplayer with good communication skills to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
Customer-focused approach when working on client sites (if applicable).
