Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Assist with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and health monitoring, as required.
Coordinate transportation and community participation, promoting independence and integration into society.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other support staff to ensure clear understanding of needs and progress.
Document interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in accordance with guidelines.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and educators, to provide holistic support.
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on best practices in disabilities services.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and updates.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain clear records.
Physical stamina and endurance to support active participation in client care (e.g., lifting, standing, etc.).
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work collaboratively as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and willingness to transport clients may be required for certain roles.
