- Operate and maintain farming equipment, including tractors, planters, and harvesters.
- Perform daily tasks like irrigation, fertilizing, weeding, and pest control.
- Assist with seasonal activities such as planting, harvesting, and soil preparation.
- Keep accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and field conditions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Skill Requirements:
