Oversee sample creation and fittings to ensure designs meet quality standards.

Skill Requirements:

Strong creativity and innovation in design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and CAD software.
Knowledge of fashion trends, materials, and production processes.
Excellent attention to detail for fabric selection and pattern making.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams.
Time management to meet deadlines effectively.
Fashion or design education is preferred.
