In this full-time, permanent role, you will provide high-quality acupuncture services, designing and delivering personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Responsibilities:
- Perform acupuncture treatments using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) techniques to promote healing and wellness.
- Diagnose and assess patients' conditions through comprehensive consultations and TCM methods, including pulse and tongue diagnosis.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs and progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in acupuncture and related fields to provide evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure holistic patient care.
- Promote the benefits of acupuncture to patients and contribute to a positive therapeutic environment.
Skill Requirements:
- Certification or license to practice acupuncture, depending on local regulations (e.g., state licensure).
- Strong interest in traditional Chinese medicine and its principles; no prior experience necessary for those with foundational knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with patients and provide clear instructions.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical stamina, as the role involves standing for extended periods and working in close quarters.
