Select and prepare high-quality leather materials for production.
Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment used in leather crafting.
Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality and design.
Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Stay updated on current trends and techniques in leather craft.

Skill Requirements:

A natural talent for craftsmanship and an eye for detail.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hand dexterity.
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lifting materials.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Creativity and the ability to bring designs to life.
Adaptability to learn new techniques and tools.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with hand-sewing or traditional leatherworking techniques is an advantage.
Knowledge of sustainable leather practices is a plus.
