Cotton Grower - Full-Time Permanent Position

Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain cotton crops according to best practices and timelines.
- Monitor plant health, identify and address issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Operate and maintain farming equipment for planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
- Implement proper irrigation techniques to ensure optimal crop growth.
- Conduct field inspections to assess soil quality and evaluate crop progress.
- Harvest cotton in a timely manner using appropriate machinery.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Keep detailed records of daily activities, crop yields, and field conditions.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure compliance.
