We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time permanent Tennis Coach. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a love for tennis who enjoys working with people of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the sport and a desire to help others improve their game. While experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this role perfect for recent graduates or individuals new to coaching who are eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

Teach private and group tennis lessons to players of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
Develop and implement tailored lesson plans based on individual player goals.
Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment for students.
Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, techniques, and trends in tennis coaching.
Collaborate with other staff members (if applicable) to provide a well-rounded experience for clients.
Promote the sport of tennis by demonstrating proper technique, strategy, and sportsmanship.
Maintain and set up tennis equipment and facilities as needed.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during lessons or training sessions.
Keep accurate records of player progress and communicate effectively with parents or guardians (if applicable).

Skill Requirements:

Demonstrated knowledge of tennis techniques, including stroke production, footwork, tactics, and strategies.
Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate players of varying ages and skill levels.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
Enthusiasm for the sport and a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of injury prevention and proper warm-up routines.
Good time management skills to handle multiple clients and responsibilities.
