- Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform quality control checks on fabricated parts to meet standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Skill Requirements:
- Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes (no experience required).
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment or material issues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating dimensions, and understanding blueprints.
