We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and develop HR functions across all levels of the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Conduct performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development planning for employees.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, improve processes, and drive business outcomes.
- Support the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to problem-solve effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g., labor laws, anti-discrimination laws).
- Proficiency in using HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
- A passion for learning and staying current on HR trends and best practices.
