Production Manager (Full-Time Permanent Position)

With or without prior experience in production management, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and lead the way in ensuring efficient and high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor production schedules to meet targets and deadlines efficiently.
Optimize workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Address and resolve any production-related issues promptly.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Generate reports on production performance, including yield, efficiency, and waste analysis.
Lead and inspire a team of production staff to achieve operational goals.

Skill Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges in real-time.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Basic understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management (experience is a plus but not required).
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
