We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a full-time, permanent Conveyancer. This role is perfect for someone with little to no experience in conveyancing or relevant experience looking to grow in this field. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to start your career in property law.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the smooth and efficient handling of property transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases.
Prepare legal documentation such as contracts, deeds, and settlement statements.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and updated throughout the conveyancing process.
Conduct thorough checks on property titles, ensuring there are no issues or discrepancies.
Manage deadlines effectively to complete transactions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide support to the team by sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive work environment.

Skill Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and professionals from various backgrounds.
A methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all processes.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Basic knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures (training will be provided).
Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new systems.
