- Harvest flowers at the appropriate stages for distribution or display.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve planting and harvesting goals.
Skill Requirements:
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for plant care.
- Basic knowledge of plant types.
