Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to share progress and collaborate on their child's development.
- Work as part of a team to support overall program goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to curriculum guidelines and best practices in early childhood education.
- Assess children's progress, documenting and reporting outcomes.
- Maintain classroom organization, records, and materials.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
