Construction Project Manager – Full-Time Permanent Position

This role involves overseeing construction projects from planning and initiation through execution to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. While previous experience is preferred, candidates with no prior experience in construction project management are encouraged to apply if they possess a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and relevant skills.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all stages of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and team members.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations related to project status and outcomes.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with various teams, including design, procurement, and site management, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
