Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient management of staff.
Supervise a team of stylists, beauty therapists, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Handle client bookings, scheduling, and customer inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to ensure financial profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including promoting services and upselling.
Monitor salon performance, analyze trends, and report key metrics to senior management.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, as well as compliance with industry standards.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Skill Requirements:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and staff.
Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve conflicts and address client concerns.
Basic understanding of salon operations, including services offered and industry trends (an advantage but not required).
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with salon management software or CRM systems.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges.
A passion for beauty and wellness, with an interest in staying updated on the latest trends.
