- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Communicate HR policies and procedures clearly to all employees.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Experience with or willingness to learn HR software and tools (e.g., payroll systems, ATS).
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR is an asset.
