Welder (Full-Time Permanent Position)
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a welder. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and joining metal components using various welding techniques. You will work with blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring precision and safety at all times. This role offers a supportive environment and the chance to develop a valuable skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual or machine-based welding tasks.
- Interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
- Maintain safety standards and use protective equipment.
- Inspect and repair welds as needed.
- Collaborate with team members in a professional setting.
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Skill Requirements:
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 40kg.
- Attention to detail for precise work.
