As a Wine Maker, you will play a key role in the creation of high-quality wines by overseeing all aspects of the winemaking process. From grape selection and fermentation to blending and bottling, your work will directly contribute to producing wines that delight our customers. Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire winemaking process from grape to bottle, ensuring quality at every stage.
Develop and refine recipes for new and existing wines, experimenting with different techniques and ingredients.
Monitor and maintain proper fermentation conditions, pH levels, and other critical factors affecting wine quality.
Collaborate with vineyard teams to select and source grapes that meet our high standards.
Manage cellar operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and sanitation protocols.
Conduct tastings and sensory evaluations to ensure consistency in flavor profiles across all products.
Keep detailed records of production processes, yields, and quality metrics for future reference.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights into wine characteristics for promotional materials.

Skill Requirements:

A natural passion for wine and a desire to learn about winemaking techniques.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow precise recipes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, as you will need to collaborate with vineyard staff, cellar teams, and other departments.
Physical stamina to work in a standing position for extended periods in a sometimes-harsh environment.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak production times.
