We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cotton Grower. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be responsible for all aspects of cotton cultivation, from planting to harvesting. If you have a strong work ethic, a love for agriculture, and a willingness to learn, this role is perfect for you. No prior experience is required, but candidates with agricultural experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest cotton according to established practices and schedules.
- Monitor crop growth and ensure optimal conditions for healthy plant development.
- Operate and maintain farming equipment, including tractors, planters, and harvesters.
- Implement irrigation systems and manage water usage efficiently.
- Apply pesticides and herbicides as needed to control pests and weeds.
- Conduct regular inspections of the cotton fields to identify and address issues promptly.
- Keep detailed records of planting, growth, and harvesting activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Skill Requirements:
