We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Hotel Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position where you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team while delivering exceptional guest service. No prior experience is required; however, candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service are encouraged to apply. Training and development opportunities will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and staff scheduling.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service.
Manage staff performance, conduct training sessions, and promote a positive work environment.
Monitor property cleanliness and maintenance to ensure it meets high standards of hygiene and safety.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and revenue generation.
Handle basic accounting tasks, such as tracking expenses, managing budgets, and preparing reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance services and guest experiences.
