- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and file management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle complex transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and legal professionals.
- Basic understanding of property law and conveyancing processes (experience is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and conveyancing software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during transactions.
