- Conduct thorough checks on property titles, ensuring there are no issues or discrepancies.
- Manage deadlines effectively to complete transactions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to the team by sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive work environment.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and professionals from various backgrounds.
- A methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new systems.
