We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Renderer (Solid Plaster) to join our team. This full-time, permanent position involves preparing and finishing solid plaster surfaces for various interior and exterior projects. With an emphasis on craftsmanship and precision, the ideal candidate will be responsible for applying plaster accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare solid plaster materials according to project requirements.
- Apply solid plaster to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using hand tools or spray equipment.
- Ensure proper finishing techniques, including smoothing, troweling, and sealing as needed.
- Follow blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions to achieve desired textures, finishes, and patterns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and cleaning up materials after completing tasks.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Skill Requirements:
- Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality results.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in physically demanding environments for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and good vision with depth perception to handle precise tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing priorities, and work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in rendering or plastering is a plus but not required; on-site training will be provided.
