We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a full-time permanent Bricklayer. This role involves on-site bricklaying for various structures such as walls, foundations, and more. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong work ethic, and can work well as part of a team. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in laying bricks for walls, foundations, and other structures according to plans and specifications.
- Mix mortar and prepare materials needed for bricklaying.
- Cut and shape bricks to fit specific designs and measurements.
- Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform regular quality checks on completed sections of the project.
Skill Requirements:
- Physical stamina and strength, as the role involves lifting heavy materials and working in physically demanding conditions.
