Responsibilities:
- Design and arrange floral pieces such as bouquets, wreaths, and centerpieces.
- Assist customers in selecting the right flowers for their needs and occasions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition.
- Prepare bulk flower orders and manage inventory to meet customer demand.
- Create custom designs for special events, weddings, or other unique requests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail to create precise and visually appealing arrangements.
- Ability to lift and carry flower boxes, tools, and equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of floral design techniques (a willingness to learn is key).
- Creativity and the ability to work well under pressure during busy periods.
