Responsibilities:

Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including bouquets, centerpieces.
Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and used.
Care for plants and ensure their health and proper growth.
Deliver flowers to customers as needed (if applicable).
Stay updated with current floral trends and design techniques.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Skill Requirements:

A genuine passion for flowers and floristry, with a creative eye for design.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for custom orders.
Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
Basic knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements (or willingness to learn).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina, as the role may involve standing for long periods, lifting boxes or arrangements, and moving around the workspace.
